Chord Plays When I Take My Fingers Off

Hello !

I got a bit of a problem with my guitar. It kinda hard to explain.

When I put my left hand fingers in position to play a chord, when I take them off, there is the sound of the open string where my left hand fingers where. Just by taking them off, without touching anything else with the right hand.

I'm sorry if it's not clear. I tried to record it, but I couldn't get any sound.
